Add expected salary to your profile for insights Responsibilities Responsible to all shop functions including: staffing, scheduling, training, inventory, visual presentation, customer service, point-of-sale and overall shop operations. Creating an outstanding motion e-sports related experience for a diverse age group customer base including teenagers and kids. Ensure all staffs are properly trained and knowledgeable. Work with the Operation and Development team of AME, to refine and revise the shop to meet the needs of the customers. Achieve sales/profit goals. Qualifications 4-year work experience as shop manager / assistant shop manager. Higher Diploma or above. Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua). Solid experience in managing in sales / retails operation, while event, sports or fitness related will be advantage. Strong leadership with proven ability to motivate and lead a team. Responsible, pleasant, proactive, outgoing and customer-oriented. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
