Financial Institution Product Manager

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Financial Institution Product Manager who is passionate about and well‑versed in crypto/stablecoin‑related products. The ideal candidate should have expertise in areas such as stablecoin cross‑border payments, Real‑World Assets (RWA), blockchain technology, and other Web3 financial solutions. This role involves product research, solution design, and development, offering hands‑on experience in the rapidly evolving stablecoin payments ecosystem with Web3‑focused financial institutions. Key Responsibilities Lead end‑to‑end product design and development in collaboration with financial institutions, including global payment providers, banks, Web3 exchanges, stablecoin issuers, market makers, securities firms, and other key players. Develop and enhance global end‑to‑end payment corridor capabilities using stablecoins for cross‑border B2B/B2B2C transactions (collections and payments). Design and implement financial product solutions leveraging stablecoins for use cases such as Real‑World Assets (RWA). Draft and refine Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) to guide product development cycles. Perform data analysis to support product decision‑making and client engagement strategies. Conduct market research and regulatory analysis to stay updated on industry trends and developments influencing the stablecoin and digital payments landscape. Collaborate closely with external partners, development teams, and security departments to ensure seamless and secure delivery of solutions. Qualifications Familiarity with crypto/stablecoin products, and a solid understanding of the integration between Web2 and Web3 systems. Knowledge of stablecoin cross‑border payments, as well as key Web3 concepts and models such as PayFi, DeFi, and RWA. Hands‑on experience in developing and integrating products with financial institutions. A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in product management, business development, or a related field. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline. Experience in writing PRDs, project management, solution analysis, and collaborating with technical teams is preferred. Self‑driven, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, startup‑like environment. Fluent in English; proficiency in Cantonese or Mandarin is a plus.
