Service Innovation Lead

Mission Identify, define, and implement new services for our company. Key Responsibilities Discovery and concepting – market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis to generate service concepts, using structured methods like design thinking or lean experimentation. Pilot execution support – coordinating small pilots, documenting results, and preparing business cases and implementation playbooks under a senior sponsor’s guidance. Internal facilitation – organizing innovation workshops, maintaining an ideas pipeline, and tracking simple KPIs for new services adoption. Requirements Entrepreneurial & Strategic Mindset. Ability to research, conceptualize, and shape new business opportunities from the ground up—defining processes, stakeholders, and value propositions. Skilled in writing compelling business cases that translate ideas into actionable plans. Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building structure where none exists, with a focus on innovation and long-term impact. Degree in Business Management or related field. No strict years of experience required—we seek a driven, innovative thinker. Tell us why you are the right fit. More important is the willingness and confidence to develop one. Strong analytical and research skills. Creativity in problem-solving and service design.
