Pharmacy Officer

Pharmacy Officer (Dispenser Background is Welcomed) Support Central Pharmacy Department in daily inventory management including but not limited to distribution of drugs and medical consumables to clinics. Assist in preparation of reports for data analysis. Work with IT/logistics service provider on data interface issues. Validate vendor invoices and co-ordinate with Finance on payment arrangement. Support stock take activities and reconciliation. Assist in the monitoring of warehouse storage conditions and drug wholesale dealer activities for regulatory compliance. Handle enquiries from clinics and other business units. Job Requirements Holder of Higher Diploma or above. Minimum 2 years’ work experience in inventory management / retail / healthcare industry. Knowledge of pharmaceutical product is an advantage. Self-motivated and committed to continuing professional development and learning. Team player and flexible. Good knowledge of drugs. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Good analytical and IT skills. Good organisational skills. Fluency in both written and spoken Chinese and English.
