The hiring company is seeking a User Acquisition Manager to join their team. As the User Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention for the company. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyse data, identify growth opportunities, and implement effective campaigns across a variety of digital channels. Responsibilities Develop and oversee the execution of growth marketing strategies and campaigns to acquire new customers, increase user engagement, and drive revenue growth Analyze customer data and market trends to identify opportunities for optimization and expansion Collaborate with the product, content, and design teams to create high-performing assets and content for marketing campaigns Manage and optimize campaigns across channels such as email, social media, paid advertising, and search engine marketing Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, and implement innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition Manage and mentor a team of growth marketing specialists to ensure efficient and effective campaign execution Qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field 3 years or above of proven experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or e-commerce marketing Demonstrated track record of driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through data-driven marketing strategies Strong project management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data and insights to stakeholders Strong passionate and experienced in the Web3 industry Apply / Refer a Friend Interested parties, please contact or Apply directly Know somebody who might be interested?
