Senior Product Manager, Wealth Management Add expected salary to your profile for insights Own product financial performance including identifying opportunities and gaps, and developing business strategies Build and scale a new wealth management platform by managing comprehensive wealth products and creating delightful user experience. Drive the implementation project by collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery. Familiar with investor needs and behavior, including both HK domestic and mainland Chinese customers. Strong experience in investment products, customer needs, competitor landscape and operation e.g. stocks, derivatives, margin financing and etc. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and proper governance by developing internal policies/procedures and engaging risk/compliance teams. Experience and Education Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance or related discipline. Minimum of 8 years of experience in product, risk and regulatory compliance management within the financial services industry. Current SFC Type 1 & 4 licenses. Experience as Executive Officer or Responsible Officer for regulated activities are preferred. Strong understanding of licensing requirements and regulatory frameworks, particularly in dealing with the SFC and HKMA. Strong problem-solving ability; analytical and critical thinking Open-minded; team player; willing to challenge status quo and run extra mile Strong business sense; good communication and interpersonal skills Fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
