Investment Banking Nomura's Investment Banking department is a leading global player offering a comprehensive range of advisory and capital-raising services to clients. Nomura's Investment Banking team specializes in mergers and acquisitions, equity, and debt capital markets, and restructuring and financing, with a strong track record of success and exceptional service to clients across industries. Through its global network and expertise, Nomura's Investment Banking department is well positioned to continue driving growth and delivering value to clients in the financial industry. Responsibilities Drive and assist in the origination and execution of investment banking deals; Organize and prepare marketing materials and other presentations; Assist in transaction execution including due diligence, transaction documentation, process management, etc.; Lead on valuation including development of financial models, financial statement analysis and comparable company analysis; Support client relationship management. Requirements Minimum of 2 year of Investment Banking experience. Minimum 1 year of track record in M&A transactions within Hong Kong & China; Minimum 1 year of M&A deal experience within at least one of the following sectors: consumer, power and infrastructure, technology or financial services. Fluency in English as well as Mandarin is required Self-starter who is able to drive projects and workstreams; Advanced financial modelling and financial analytical skills; Strong written and verbal communication skills; The ability to excel under pressure amid demanding deadlines; A strong sense of personal integrity and teamwork, including guiding junior analysts; A high level of energy and a keen desire to learn new concepts; Explore Insights & Vision Identify the underlying causes of problems faced by you or your team and define a clear vision and direction for the future.
