Position Overview Plan lessons and sequences of lessons to meet student's individual learning needs and to ensure student's progression. Use a range of appropriate strategies for teaching and learning and classroom management. Use flexible groupings and structured inquiry to deliver high‑quality lessons in line with the IBO philosophy. Maintain a well‑organised and stimulating learning environment. Use learning technologies to enhance learning. Use a range of assessment and reporting methods that make students’ achievement visible in relation to learning outcomes. Provide clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents and caregivers. Ensure administration of classroom procedures is completed efficiently. Collaborate positively with members of the school community to build a team environment that supports students’ learning. General Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Education or a Bachelor’s degree in any subject with a Postgraduate. Certificate/Diploma in Education (PGCE/PGDE). An understanding of the MYP and the key underpinnings of the curriculum frameworks is advantageous. Newly qualified teachers or teaching experience within a recognised educational institute.
