Responsibilities Responsible for the company's daily cash and bank deposit receipt and custody to ensure that funds are received and paid accurately. Timely register cash and bank deposit journals, achieve daily and monthly settlement, regularly reconcile with banks, and prepare bank deposit balance reconciliation statements. Review the compliance and completeness of reimbursement documents, handle reimbursement procedures according to the company's prescribed procedures, and control the risk of capital expenditure. Assist in completing the collation and submission of monthly, quarterly and annual fund statements, and cooperate with the finance department to complete the account reconciliation work. Keep important financial information such as financial seals and blank bills, and establish ledgers for management to prevent loss or abuse. Complete other financial related auxiliary work assigned by superiors. Job Requirements Bachelor degree or above, finance, accounting and other related majors are preferred. 1-3 years of experience in Hong Kong, familiar with Hong Kong's local financial system, tax regulations and bank settlement process. Fluent bilingual communication and writing skills, proficient in handling financial documents in both Chinese and English, must be able to communicate in Mandarin. Financial work experience in listed companies is preferred. Knowledge of the blockchain industry, relevant financial processing experience is preferred. Meticulous and rigorous work, strong sense of responsibility, good sense of confidentiality and teamwork skills, proficient in using Excel and other office software and financial systems. Marketable salaries are offered, negotiable based on candidate experience and ability.
