- Handle inbound and outbound calls or Chats from Banking and Credit Card customers on a shift basis.
- Deliver good customer service and understand customer’s needs.
- Identify process improvement areas to enhance customer experience.
- Support the department to achieve business KPIs.
Requirements
- HKDSE or above
- Min 1 year of Contact Centre experience in the banking/finance industry
- HKSI Type 1 RA is preferred
- Proficient in MS Office applications including Chinese word processing.
- Excellent communication and writing skills in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.
- Attentive, accurate, reliable, and efficient.
- Able to understand and address customer concerns.
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
- Good team player.
- Willing to attend shift duties.
