  • Handle inbound and outbound calls or Chats from Banking and Credit Card customers on a shift basis.
  • Deliver good customer service and understand customer’s needs.
  • Identify process improvement areas to enhance customer experience.
  • Support the department to achieve business KPIs.

Requirements

  • HKDSE or above
  • Min 1 year of Contact Centre experience in the banking/finance industry
  • HKSI Type 1 RA is preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office applications including Chinese word processing.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.
  • Attentive, accurate, reliable, and efficient.
  • Able to understand and address customer concerns.
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
  • Good team player.
  • Willing to attend shift duties.
