Provide onsite and remote support to internal user. Installation, configuration, maintenance and troubleshoot issues related to Desktop. Participate in different ad-hoc assignments (such as relocation and migration projects). Diploma or Certificate in IT or equivalent discipline. At least 1~2 years experience in IT Helpdesk or Technical Support role. Solid troubleshooting and supporting experience. Basic in Server side and Network support experience.
