System Analyst (Government Sector, JAVA Programming/ Project Management) A HKSAR Government Department Responsibilities Upgrade of Integrated Law and Order Statistical System Participate in feasibility study, user requirement collection Participate in system analysis & design, system implementation and testing, data conversion, system migration and deployment Monitor project schedule and quality of project deliverables Liaise with different parties (including users, vendors, computer operators) in user requirement collection, system development and problem investigation for IT systems Produce/maintain system documentation Provide helpdesk and onsite IT support to end-users Provide technical advice for IT systems Assist in IT security risk assessment & audit Perform any other duties assigned by supervisors Requirements Bachelor's degree in computer subjects or related disciplines At least 6 years working experience of IT and 3 years of relevant experience At least 2 years working experience with or in the Government At least 5 years experience in web-based application development with Java programming Solid experience in Java Enterprise Edition, web programming and HTML5 At least 3 years experience in Project Management and Client Services At least 3 years experience in SQL and JavaServer Faces (JSF) Exposure in government regulations, guidelines and procedures, such as Security Regulations (SR), Stores and Procurement Regulations (SPR), Baseline IT Security Policy (S17), IT Security Guidelines (G3) and SOA-QPS5 Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese Good communication skills and customer service skills How to Apply:To apply for this position, please simply click on the "APPLY" button from the following link:Go App - you have not been reached out to by our consultants, please consider your application has been unsuccessful.All applications will be treated in strict confidence and used for recruitment purposes only in accordance with PERSOLKELLY Hong Kong Limited's Privacy Notice.
