Responsibilities Prepare and submit all design drawings that meet contract requirements and client expectations. Attend and facilitate design meetings with clients and consultants, fostering collaboration and communication. Generate and share comprehensive construction and detail drawings with the projects team. Create engaging materials for design workshops and reviews. Work on‑site to coordinate with the team, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective solutions. Understand project site needs and translate technology into user‑friendly digital solutions that address any challenges. Drive smart construction initiatives on‑site to fulfill contract requirements and add value to our operations. Requirements Higher Diploma or above in Interior Design, Environmental Design, Engineering, or a related field. At least 4 years of relevant experience in the interior construction or design industry. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and other graphic design software is preferred. A strong interest in innovation within the construction sector. Willingness to work on‑site and engage with the team. A proactive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility. Previous experience with fit‑out contractors is preferred. Immediate availability is a plus. What We Offer A competitive remuneration package.
