Sales & Marketing Executive (Japanese speaking/ Figures)

Sales & Marketing Executive Job Descriptions Plan, coordinate, implement, and evaluate events and promotional activities for international markets to meet sales objectives. Collaborate with internal and external partners (such as distributors, contractors, and logistics providers) for sales and marketing initiatives. Oversee social media platforms and both online and offline marketing activities (including translations, promotional campaigns, and ad placements). Assess sales data, inventory levels, sell‑in and sell‑through metrics, and make forecasts. Compile monthly sales meeting reports and annual strategic plans. Qualifications Tertiary education or above with at least 1‑year relevant experience in production process is preferred. Knowledge of toys business / merchandising will be an advantage. Good command of spoken English, Mandarin & Japanese. Proficient in MS Excel (e.g., pivot table, VLookup), Chinese Word processing, and experience in SAP system as well. Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment to meet tight deadlines. Handle ad‑hoc duties as assigned may be required. Strong communication, negotiation, able to work under pressure and positive approach with a can‑do attitude, mature, detail minded.
