E-banking Product Manager

Responsibilities Lead the strategic planning, design, and development of non‑branch digital banking channels with a primary focus on mobile applications Oversee the execution of related projects to ensure products are delivered on schedule and meet quality standards Take ownership of customer experience design and enhancement, including the development of both financial and non‑financial service ecosystems and user platforms Conduct research on industry trends and technological innovation to generate actionable insights Drive the launch and application of innovative products to ensure swift responses to market changes and customer needs Coordinate closely with multiple vendors to ensure adherence to technical specifications and security standards for products and services Perform market assessments to identify customer demands and ensure product development aligns with market dynamics and user expectations Requirements Bachelor’s degree or higher in finance, computer science, or a related discipline preferred At least 7 years of proven experience in relevant areas, especially digital banking or fintech sectors Extensive experience in financial product development and management, particularly in mobile app‑based and non‑branch channels Directly responsible for or involved in the successful development of at least 3–5 financial product projects Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve complex issues Skilled in market research and customer insights analysis Exceptional communication and coordination skills, with the ability to effectively lead teams and collaborate with external partners Proficient in written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua How to Apply To apply, please send your detailed resume to travis(at)connersconsulting(dot)com or contact Travis Poon at for a confidential discussion.
