Tax Executive/Tax Manager (International Tax) LUCKY CREST LIMITED Responsibilities Handle ad-hoc tax issues and tax audits/disputes in various jurisdictions. Manage transfer pricing compliance of the Group, including the review of Master File, Country-by-Country Report (CbCR) and Local Files. Handle internal tax reporting including tax budget, tax forecast and interim/year-end tax. Assist in formulating and implementation of tax planning strategies to ensure tax efficient structures are in place for existing and future operations of the Group. Participate and contribute to global tax projects, e.g. Pillar Two advisory and compliance implementation. Keep abreast of latest tax developments and provide updates to relevant stakeholders. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of corporate tax experience gained from CPA firm and/or in-house tax function. University degree in accounting, taxation or business-related discipline. CPA qualification or equivalent. Good command of written & spoken Chinese and English. Good understanding of international tax principles and BEPS 2.0 is a plus. Knowledge of shipping-related tax subjects is a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word. Strong analytical, problem-solving and time management skills. Self-starter and good team player, ability to work under pressure.
