Responsibilities Assist the Department Head with daily administrative tasks and coordination. Support content creation for social media, including photo-taking and video editing. Coordinate and update content for the department’s website and intranet. Perform general clerical duties such as filing, documentation, and archiving. Assist in various fundraising program activities, such as event materials preparation and on‑site event support. Handle additional ad‑hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor. Our Requirements Diploma or above in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience in social media management and content creation. Skilled in photography, video shooting, and video editing. Strong copywriting skills tailored for social media posts, blogs, and community engagement. Strong communication skills, fluency in Cantonese and English. Flexible and proactive attitude to handle ad‑hoc tasks.
