Responsibilities Assist in extracting data from system, generating reports, and preparing regular / ad‑hoc management information reports for management review. Perform data mining and analysis to support business growth. Support optimization of workflows to reduce operational risk by implementing automation solutions, thereby reducing manual errors and improving Relationship Manager efficiency. Conduct loan / deposit projections to facilitate the Asset / Liability management of the bank. Collect and consolidate relevant information from Relationship Managers for business tracking and reporting. Gather frontline user feedback on digital corporate banking platforms, and collaborate with related stakeholders—including Fintech / Product teams—on system enhancements. Coordinate feedback or follow‑up actions to Head Office, Audit or other related parties. Prepare marketing‑related materials and coordinate marketing‑related events. Perform financial and budget planning for the Division. Perform any other duties as assigned. Requirements Degree holder in Accounting or Finance or related discipline. Minimum 5 years’ experience in the banking industry. Familiar with banking operations. Relationship Manager related working experience with knowledge in fund transfer pricing and treasury operation is an advantage. Experience in AI‑assisted workflow improvement and optimization is an advantage. Proficient Chinese & English report writing and documentation skills. Proficient computer knowledge (including Excel, Word and PowerPoint, etc.). Good problem‑solving, communication and interpersonal skills. Good command of both English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
