Join to apply for the Senior Ground Operations Agent role at Atlas Air Responsibilities Compiles information and calculates weight and balance Final meal order for crew Load planning Request flight plan Coordinate with dispatcher Complete weight and balance form and present to crew Supervise loading/unloading activities Prepares aircraft cargo documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness and corrects inaccurate and/or incomplete information. Communicates serious problems to management Ensures accuracy and completeness of HAZMAT loading paperwork, notifies crew of location and obtains appropriate pre-departure approvals as required Performs other duties as assigned Qualifications High school education or above preferred Minimum of 2 years work experience in the aviation industry Applies understanding of aircraft positions and altitudes, aircraft weight limitations and aircraft overhangs, familiar with B767F, B777F and B747F operations. Proficiently uses SITA, ULD and Flight systems, displays and software. Knows and adheres to company operating policies, operations, processes and procedures as appropriate to the job. Knows and complies with aircraft, vehicle and employee safety rules and regulations Understands and applies air cargo, terminal operations and flight terminology and processes Utilizes ability to track and coordinate multiple issues simultaneously Computer literacy Basic math skills W&B and DG certificates preferred Hong Kong Driving License required Special Demands Willing to travel overseas for training, supports Loadmaster Adheres to aircraft, vehicle and employee safety rules and regulations Working hours in shift pattern Skills Fluent in English/Cantonese spoken and written Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced work environment Critical thinking skills Attention to detail Self-motivated Good team player Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Management and Manufacturing Industries Airlines and Aviation #J-18808-Ljbffr
