Job Description As a Property Development Manager, your main responsibilities will include: Managing end-to-end property development projects, from planning to completion. Coordinating with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment. Overseeing budgeting, cost control, and financial forecasting for projects. Ensuring compliance with local regulations and property industry standards in Hong Kong. Monitoring project progress and addressing any issues or delays promptly. Conducting market research to identify potential development opportunities. Preparing and presenting project reports to senior management and stakeholders. Building and maintaining strong relationships with external partners and vendors. The Successful Applicant A successful Property Development Manager should have: A degree in property development, real estate, construction management, or a related field. Proven experience in managing property development projects. Strong knowledge of property regulations and industry practices in Hong Kong. Excellent organizational and project management skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to work with diverse stakeholders. A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
