Job Overview Develop and execute annual/quarterly marketing and brand plans based on ctgo’s “shopping + travel” positioning. Plan and manage integrated campaigns across online/offline channels, including social media, key opinion leaders (KOLs), PR, and major promotions. Lead travel expos, seasonal events, and cross‑border campaigns from concept to execution. Build and manage partnerships with banks, payment platforms, attractions, malls, transport, hotels, and corporates for co‑branded marketing. Track and analyze performance data (users, orders, ROI, CAC) to optimize strategies. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery. Manage part‑time promoters. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Advertising, PR, Business, or Tourism Management. Fluent in Cantonese and English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus. 5+ years of marketing, branding, or events experience, including at least 2 years of hands‑on work in the Hong Kong market. Strong local business network in Hong Kong; proven track record in cross‑industry partnerships and co‑branded campaigns. Experience in OTA, travel, retail, or e‑commerce industries is a plus. Solid project and campaign execution skills; capable of independently managing large‑scale events or integrated marketing projects. Strong communicator with high emotional intelligence; able to manage upwards and collaborate across departments or business units. Results‑driven, able to work under pressure to meet GMV, user growth, and ROI targets; data‑oriented. Experience leading small teams and managing part‑time staff or brand ambassadors. Proficient in Office tools and common marketing platforms (PPT, Excel, dashboards, social media backends, etc.). Candidate with more experience will be considered for a Manager grade.
