They are seeking an experienced IT Security Project Manager to lead and oversee a range of security-related initiatives across infrastructure, cloud, and application environments. This role involves managing end‑to‑end project lifecycles, coordinating with external service providers, and ensuring the delivery of high‑quality security services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT security assessments and project management, with the ability to drive strategic outcomes while maintaining operational excellence. Job Description Lead and manage IT security projects across infrastructure, cloud, and application domains. Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring alignment with timelines and business objectives. Monitor service levels of external consultants and vendors, ensuring compliance with SLAs. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and project alignment. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports, service records, and transition plans. Evaluate technologies and products, providing detailed assessment reports. Participate in procurement activities including drafting tender documents, conducting evaluations, and preparing recommendations. Identify and mitigate project risks through proactive planning and issue resolution. Conduct post-project reviews and present findings to senior management. Continuously improve project processes and methodologies. Provide technical support and guidance related to security services. Manage a team of IT professionals assigned to the projects. Perform other duties as assigned. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline. Candidates with relevant experience may also be considered. Minimum 8 years of experience in IT, with a strong track record in delivering end‑to‑end solutions and managing complex projects. Candidates with less experience may be considered for Assistant Manager level. Proven experience in managing security‑related projects such as:Stress Testing Security Risk Assessments Security Audits Privacy Impact Assessments Internet & Mobile Application Penetration Testing Source Code Reviews API Scanning Vulnerability Scanning Familiarity with government standards and practices is a plus. Strong stakeholder management skills, including vendor and internal team coordination. Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. Professional proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese. Immediate availability is an advantage.
