Analyst Programmer (Public Sector, JAVA Programming/ReactJS/Mobile application) Our client is the public sector of Hong Kong. They are seeking an Analyst Programmer with extensive experience in API development and cross‑platform mobile app development for their in‑house application. Responsibility: To assist in the development and maintenance of IT applications, including system analysis & design, programming, system testing, acceptance testing, documentation and ongoing support To perform system analysis and design work for enhancement items relatively simple in nature To perform programming involving complex logic To assist in providing training, technical support and advice to users of IT systems and in IT activities Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science or related disciplines At least 3 years of post‑qualification experience in IT environment or similar capacity Solid experience in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot on JBOSS EAP, SQL and PL/SQL Solid experience in frontend development in Vue.js, ReactJS Candidates with these technologies’ skills/soft skills will be an advantage: Experience in tertiary institutions Knowledge of Oracle RDBMS & ERP applications Familiarity with Python and R Experience in Business intelligence and data analytics Experience in Platforms and integrating AI/ML models Experience in Developing and implementing AI/ML algorithms Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese Strong analytical, problem‑solving, interpersonal skills and team player with communication skills Candidates with extensive experience will be considered as Senior Analyst Programmer How to Apply: To apply for this position, please simply click on the "APPLY" button from the following link: Go App If you have not been reached out to by our consultants, please consider your application has been unsuccessful.
