Our KYC Technology Team is dedicated to building a state‑of‑the‑art platform that ensures a seamless onboarding experience for our customers. We focus on developing a large‑scale KYC platform, launching innovative products, and integrating regional and global compliance vendors, while prioritizing responsible AI/ML and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust services, delivering high‑quality code and meaningful tests. Initiate performance tuning, troubleshoot incidents, and continuously improve system stability. Write and maintain thorough technical documentation. Follow best practices, produce clean, maintainable code, and advocate engineering excellence. Mentor junior engineers and collaborate cross‑functionally with other engineering teams. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field. Minimum 3 years of professional experience building high‑throughput distributed applications. Proficient with core Java and the Spring Framework. Experience with MySQL and at least one NoSQL database. Knowledge of distributed system design and familiarity with messaging middleware. A quick learner who performs well under pressure. Ability to collaborate with a remote team across time zones. Desirable Experience with JVM, SQL, RPC performance tuning.
