Role Summary We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Senior Human Resources Officer to join our global HR team. This role encompasses a wide range of HR operational functions, including recruitment, payroll and leave administration, employee relations, performance management, and office administration. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with strong organisational skills and a passion for supporting the workforce to optimise performance and engagement. Responsibilities Recruitment and Onboarding: Collaborate with the HRBP team to manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and the onboarding process. Facilitate onboarding programmes to ensure new employees are integrated smoothly into the organisation. Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures and benefits. Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts effectively. Performance Management: Support performance‑management processes, including setting objectives, providing feedback and conducting appraisals. Assist in developing performance‑improvement plans and managing related documentation. Payroll & HR Administration: Draft monthly payroll for the Hong Kong office, including MPF, taxation and leave management. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with legal regulations. Prepare HR reports and metrics to assist management in decision‑making. Manage HR databases and ensure data integrity. Global HR Projects: Initiate and lead global HR projects covering talent review, performance management, training & development, and staff engagement. Office Administration: Oversee daily office operations, including office supplies management, vendor relationships and facilities maintenance. Assist in organising company events and employee engagement activities. Policies and Compliance: Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in line with legal requirements. Ensure all HR practices are compliant with labour laws and regulations. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field. 3 years of experience in human resources within a dynamic business environment. Strong knowledge of HR practices, Hong Kong employment law and office administration. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management software (e.g. HRIS). Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels. (Candidate with less experience will be considered Human Resources Officer.)
