Position Senior Partnerships Manager Principal Responsibilities Lead and develop partnership strategies and framework to achieve WPB OKRs and strategic priorities. Conduct market research for opportunity assessment and trends, with a structured consulting framework to identify the partnership landscape and opportunity across GBA and AMH. Take ownership and manage partnership pitches, negotiations, analysis to achieve the partnership strategy and collaboration with major focus in KTSP deal. Maximize the KTSP deal by negotiating activation campaigns leveraging the overall sponsorship deal. Explore new partners to build entertainment pillar for HSBC for the benefit of boosting customer engagement and acquisition. Manage partners and internal stakeholders with an agile approach to ensure excellent delivery. Lead partnership meetings to ensure strategic objectives are achieved and maintained. Manage and nurture excellent relationships with partnerships for long-term collaboration. Do project management of KTSP to ensure delivery of projects, POCs, sprint planning, manage partner onboarding and work closely with Customer Intelligence team to deliver projects. Have ability to manage and lead all deals from beginning to end. Build strong relationships adopting a joined up approach to execute change at pace with partners and stakeholders. Manage conflicts of interest and align stakeholders to vision. Stakeholders will include Head of WPB, Head of Customer, Head of International & Premier, Head of Customer Intelligence & Partnerships, International team, Customer team/Operations and Technology/Procurement/Data and Analytics/Legal/Compliance/Risk. Cultivate an environment that supports diversity and reflects the HSBC values. Responsible to build a culture of continuous improvement in customer experience and functionality deployment. Drive collaboration within the Regional and Global propositions. Create opportunities to integrate, simplify and streamline activity through involvement of teams in the geographic and functional matrix. Manage and work to ensure capability in progressing objectives but does not lose sight of the profitability and productivity outcomes. Actively engage internal organization to respond to evolving market needs and adapt skills to changing environment. Qualifications Excellent knowledge of Digital banking / Fintech landscape as well as event/ entertainment segment and can translate opportunities into execution approach and strategy. University graduate. Solid work experience in multinational firms is preferred. A strong understanding of the HK landscape and experience in China. A strong understanding of the entertainment industry. Previous business development and consulting background is preferred. Experience and track record of successfully leading/involving a partnership deal. Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
