Team Leader Treasury Operations.HongKong-Operations.Operations Group Hong Kong Trending Job Description Oversee daily treasury operations including cash flow management, funding, FX settlements, and money market transactions. Manage exchange positions, reconciliation, and periodic regulatory reporting in compliance with HKMA requirements and internal policies. Liaise with external counterparties, custodians, and service providers to ensure timely and accurate settlement and confirmation processes. Proactively identify and drive operational improvements, including process enhancements and exception management initiatives. Serve as the first point of escalation for treasury-related issues, resolving matters independently and minimizing the need for senior management intervention. Ensure robust controls and processes are implemented in line with local and group policies; maintain and periodically test RCSA documentation on relevant systems. Maintain comprehensive documentation of all operational procedures, ensuring alignment with SOPs and avoiding audit observations related to undocumented practices. Collaborate closely with internal and external auditors, regulators, and second/third lines of defense to ensure satisfactory audit outcomes and timely closure of audit points. Support the Unit Head in product approval processes, operational readiness assessments, and closure of action items prior to new product launches. Monitor and report operational exceptions to MER/MANCO, ensuring timely escalation and management attention wherever required. Ensure timely, efficient, and error-free execution of all Treasury operations transactions. Collaborate closely with Front Office, Branch Operations, Middle Office, and other relevant teams to support liquidity management, compliance with CRR and SLR requirements, and execution of both BAU and strategic Treasury Back Office initiatives. Maintain accuracy and integrity in all regulatory and internal reporting, ensuring thorough validation through a four-eye review process. #J-18808-Ljbffr
