Job Description We are seeking an accomplished Project Director with a robust civil engineering background and a minimum of 15 years of project experience to lead our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with a proven track record in managing large-scale construction projects from inception to completion. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee multiple construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Develop project strategies, objectives, and plans, aligning with organizational goals. Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure effective communication and collaboration. Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies to address potential challenges. Monitor project progress through regular site visits and meetings, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality benchmarks. Provide leadership and mentorship to project managers and team members, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork. Prepare and present project updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders. Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, regulations, and best practices in project management. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus. Minimum of 15 years of experience in project management within the construction industry, with a strong focus on civil engineering projects. Proven experience in leading large-scale projects from conception to completion. Strong understanding of construction methodologies, contract management, and project financials.
