Executive Assistant, Global Private Wealth Management Our Client Expansion hiring for Global Private Wealth Management Banking Group to search for trilingual Senior Secretary to be part of the growing Greater China market sales team Responsibilities As the Executive Assistant/PA, report to the North Asia Head of Sales Report to Regional Head of Facilities Management Technical Operations (for cross‑functional coordination) Responsible for calendar management, intensive travel arrangement & clients’ meetings logistics Accountable for expenses reimbursement, management reports, presentation materials and desktop research Support clients’ event logistics by collaborating with marketing department and senior management Provide team administrative support by working closely with HR and Office Procurement Departments Assist ad‑hoc regional projects, system upgrades, process improvement and marketing/promotional activities Oversight corporate services, facilities management, office procurement, HR operations, event logistics and billing/finance support Accountable for the full spectrum of office management by supervising a small team of 2 and ensuring service standard of vendors and ongoing budget control Serve as the internal environmental management SME to ensure the fulfilment of corporate governance, sustainability and ISO14001 Contribute to implementation of workplace standards, sustainability practices, regional initiatives, EPI data/reporting and related audit Handle customers inquiries and coordinate with vendors on any logistic/operational matters Provide first‑class PA/secretarial and administrative support Accountable for B2B sales and marketing support Qualifications Degree/Diploma holder, 10+ years relevant PA/EA & Business Support experience with a steady track record earned from an international bank Experienced in managing clients’ meetings, luncheon and events logistics Resourceful, self‑motivated with strong multi‑tasking and excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin Adaptive to working in a highly multi‑cultural & fast‑paced international financial environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
