Responsibilities Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the DSD; Assist in project management of the project. Assist in reviewing the current IT systems and identifying integration opportunities. Provide technical input and recommendations to ensure the feasibility of proposed solutions. Oversee the integration of various systems (e.g. BIM, GIS, Asset Management Systems, etc.). Act as a liaison between DSD stakeholders, users and contractor to clarify requirements and address feedback. Coordinate workshops, user interviews, and meetings to gather input and review deliverables. Ensure alignment between the project outcomes and DSD’s business objectives. Validate contractor deliverables, such as system architecture, corporate standards, and data integration plans. Monitor the quality and relevance of proposed solutions, including smart technologies (e.g., AI, big data, etc.). Ensure the deliverables meet international best practices and DSD’s long‑term needs. Review and comment on the implementation plans, including resource estimation, phasing, and risk identification. Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 8.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 6.0 Qualifications Must be a holder of recognized degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline. Must have at least eight years' post-qualification IT experience of which six years must be in a similar post and in a comparable capacity. Must possess at least 3-year experience in Government IT project management. Experience in managing or coordinating large-scale digital transformation projects is highly preferred. Strong understanding of IT system integration, data standards, and lifecycle management. Holder of PMP / PRINCE certificates is preferred. Technical Skills At least 5 years' experience in IT Application Development and Management (ADM). At least 5 years' experience in System Implementation and Maintenance/Support (SIM). At least 3 years' experience in Structured Query Language (SQL). At least 3 years' experience in Windows Server 2008/2012 (W12). At least 3 years' experience in Web Services (WSV). At least 3 years' experience in XML (XML). At least 3 years' experience in JavaScript Programming (JAP). At least 3 years' experience in Microsoft SQL Server (MSS). 3 years' experience in Project Management Professional (PMP) is an advantage. 3 years' experience in PRINCE is an advantage. 2 years' experience in Geographic Information System (GIS) is an advantage. 1 year's experience in Information System Study (ISS) is an advantage. 1 year's experience in business intelligence/data mining (BDM) is an advantage. 1 year's experience in Data Architecture (DAR) is an advantage. 1 year's experience in Data Modeling (DMO) is an advantage. Non-technical Skills At least 5 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV). At least 5 years' experience in the management and support of Government systems and services (GSS). At least 3 years' experience in project management (PRM). At least 3 years' experience in vendor management (VMG). 2 years' experience in managing Government projects (IEG) is an advantage. 2 years' experience in managing Government IT standards (ITG) is an advantage. 1 year's experience in Government information system strategy study/review (GSR) is an advantage. Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent. At least 8 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 6 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
