Assistant Banquet Service Manager

Job Responsibilities

  • Report to Banquet Service Manager & supervise the work of the banquet service team to ensure quality service is extended to every banquet guest.
  • Attend daily Banquet Event Order (BEO) function meeting, review and communicate any additional set-up requirements with Event Management Team and/or Banquet Chef.
  • Conduct "Pre-Function Briefings" to ensure up-to-date details or changes on banquet functions are communicated to the team.
  • Work closely with all relevant departments to ensure all set-ups are presented in accordance to the guests' requirements.

Requirements

  • 5 years operation service experience.
  • Good organization skills with multi-tasking.
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
  • Certification in wine and spirits is advantageous.
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Banquet Supervisor.
