Hang Seng Real Estate Services Hang Seng’s Real Estate Services is a team of professionals managing 300+ properties in Hong Kong for our staff and customers. Whether it is a customer entering a branch, or staff collaborating in the office, we can make their experience a positive one. Working closely with the business partners and external vendors, the team covers a wide range of real estate services functions including planning, acquisition, design, construction/fitting out, asset management, facilities management and administration of Hang Seng’s operational and investment real estate portfolio. The team also provides collateral appraisal services to internal business users and asset management services to external customers. We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Head of Real Estate Services, reporting to Chief Operating Officer. Principal responsibilities Drive the implementation of the Group’s strategic objectives through customer driven delivery of real estate services and continuous performance improvement Provide strategic leadership in managing the real estate portfolio to achieve cost efficiency and excellence Deliver a full range of Facilities, Property and Project Management services, across a diverse portfolio throughout real estate property management lifecycle. Deliver the innovative and forward-thinking initiatives relating to the portfolio and which support the business needs across Portfolio Optimisation, Workplace and Facilities Management Solutions, Retail Solutions, Sustainability, Critical Facilities and Risk Management. Maximize the return of the Bank’s investment properties Optimize the Bank’s property portfolio and expenses including rental, rates, management fee, repairs and maintenance Work with the business partners on outlet location strategy Requirements Qualifications in real estate related subjects or business, economics, finance, project management with a recognized professional qualification such as Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors ("MHKIS") or equivalent; attain / maintain a valid Estate Agent’s (Individual) license will be an advantage A comprehensive understanding of a broad range of real estate activities and issues in the context of Bank and industry practices Proven experience of leasing (as both landlord and tenant), acquisition, disposal, tenancy/asset management, estate management of large scale of real estate portfolio for both self-occupation and investment purposes Proven experience on how major corporates operate, the key challenges faced in the operating environment and the impact on real estate requirements and decision making High level of business awareness, financial/budget management expertise and team management and engagement skills within a corporate structure Excellent project management skills and with an ability to grasp, understand and independently handle new and existing projects and ideas Proven track record in leading and implementing strategic complicated assignments within different environments Proven ability to lead and motivate a large range of stakeholders and external consultants/contractors to drive best performance Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes ## More Job Information Job Function 銀行 · 金融服務 - 一般 · 其他 Location 旺角 Employment Term 全職 Employment Term 長期 Education 學士 #J-18808-Ljbffr
