Assistant Facilities Manager

What You'll Do: Ensure all government and landlord regulations on facilities and fire safety are complied with. Comply with and improve on the facilities standard operating procedures. Coordinate between the company’s management, Science Park, staff, and service providers by ensuring all procedures, policies, and reporting requirements are implemented. Provide acceptable and responsive service levels in maintenance services to internal building users and staff. Supervise 2 technicians and building maintenance vendors in FM operations. Maintain accurate documentation such as work orders, proposals, building, electrical, and department records. Identify facilities‑related issues, recommend, and implement solutions with the most cost‑effective solution. What You'll Need: High School Diploma or GED with 3‑5 years of facilities management experience. Knowledge of government regulations on facilities management and fire safety. Familiarity with standard operating and fire safety procedures of office and warehouse facilities. Good communication and problem‑solving skills, and ability to work independently.
