About the Team At GreenPrice, sustainability is at the heart of everything we do. High-quality but short-dated food products often go straight from the shelves to the landfills. We are on a mission to further the lifecycle of these products by redirecting them to homes at half-price or less. Our social enterprise operates 16 stores, collaborates with thousands of inspired international brands, and places technology at the heart of our activities. In the past year, we have witnessed remarkable growth in our online business, while successfully expanding our sourcing network to France and the UK. We’re quickly growing the team, come & meet us Responsibilities Constantly build relationships with existing suppliers by making calls and attending events Optimize product assortments for trends and needs from customers Negotiate with approximately 300+ vendors regularly in a tough but fair manner to maintain an efficient inventory level Monitor purchase orders and follow up on vendor shipments Gather competitive insights on pricing and product evaluation Interface with all levels of management and communicate with multiple internal and external contacts on a routine basis Prepare regular reports for management review Investigate product complaints and propose remedial actions Requirements Excellent command in both written and spoken English Highly developed interpersonal and relationship building skills with your styles Proven record of strong negotiating skills, with examples to substantiate Go-getter, with a can-do attitude and true excitement for the business Strong team playing, clear communication, stress and time management skills are very important to be successful in our business Creative, entrepreneurial-minded, with a strong comfort level with taking measurable risks Strong analytical, strategic and planning skills Prior B2B sales experience of 1-2 years is a plus Proven ability to consistently exceed B2B sales targets (2-4 years of full-time experience) may be considered for a senior role What's on Offer Base salary 23-24K with up to 4 months’ performance bonus every year Flat structure with real opportunity to work with our Co-founders to build the future Join one of the top fastest-growing start-ups in Hong Kong with over 200 employees, offering a flexible work culture Join passionate people that challenge the norm and makes brilliant ideas happen Responsibilities from day one with a steep learning curve, with the possibility to grow within your scope/ team Spacious open-concept and central harbour-view office Fully stocked pantry with snacks and drinks Team lunches, company events and volunteer service Professional on-the-job training and promotion opportunities Staff referral bonus and store discount Corporate gym membership or wellness program Medical Insurance 15-19 days annual leave and birthday leave, depending on your years of service in the company #J-18808-Ljbffr
