Add expected salary to your profile for insights Support the system design, analysis and implementation of digital transformations to align with company strategy and user requirements. Participate in the strategic planning and high-level design of IT systems to deliver effective digital solutions. Identify opportunities for enhancing customer engagement and operational efficiency through streamlined digital processes. Lead discovery workshops, user interviews, and facilitate stakeholder meetings. Actively participate in agile ceremonies to ensure alignment with business objectives. Create user stories, process flows, and data models to translate business needs into technical specifications. Capture user requirements and develop digitally enabled solutions across various modellings / platforms. Collaborate with IT, business operations, and vendors for issue resolution and continuous improvement. Whoarewelookingfor? Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or other relevant disciplines At least 5 years of experience in Web & Mobile Application development with proven technical experience Expertise in designing and implementing scalable Cloud Services of Azure and AWS Experience with Adobe Experience Manager, Docker, CI/CD pipelines and AI/Machine Learning implementation Experience with Data Visualization and Dashboard Tools (i.e. Tableau, Power BI) and Single Sign-on Solution is a plus Well versed in the use of Microsoft Office suite and other digital tools and platforms including SEO, SEM, WeChat, Rednote, Line and Kakao Talk is an advantage Scrum Master or experience in Agile development management Proven experience in managing multiple projects in a cross-functional environment and a fast-paced, matrixed & innovative environment Candidate with less experience will be considered for the position of System Analyst.
