About the role Kindway Holdings Limited is seeking a Weekend Sales Assistant to join our furniture store in Ap Lei Chau, Southern District. As a part-time role, this position will involve providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients on Saturdays and Sundays. We expect the suitable candidate to be highly independent. What you'll be doing Providing a warm and friendly welcome to all customers who enter our store Assisting customers with product selection, answering queries, and offering recommendations Maintaining high standards of store presentation and merchandising Handling cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently Restocking and organising product shelves to ensure the store is well-stocked and tidy Contributing to a positive team environment and supporting your colleagues as needed What we're looking for Previous experience in a customer-facing retail role, preferably in the Retail & Consumer Products industry Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service A keen eye for detail and a passion for maintaining high standards of store presentation Flexibility to work on weekends and a willingness to take on a range of tasks as required A positive, proactive, and collaborative attitude What we offer At Kindway Holdings Limited, we are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment for our employees.
