About the company MNC Renowned Sports Brand Company About the team In this position, you will collaborate closely with product management, solution architects, and engineers. A key part of the role involves articulating design tradeoffs and impacts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. You will be expected to influence stakeholders at multiple levels, lead cross‑functional initiatives, and mentor junior team members. About the job Leading requirements analysis and design discussions to ensure alignment of business processes, data, and system flows. Partnering with product, architecture, and engineering teams to bring clarity to complex and ambiguous business problems. Providing systems‑thinking leadership, articulating end‑to‑end impacts and design tradeoffs. Overseeing system configuration and ensuring a high‑quality implementation. Championing best practices for data standards, governance, and process efficiency. Providing subject matter expertise during testing cycles and supporting business stakeholders during UAT. Engaging in incident escalations as a domain expert to ensure sustainable resolution and root‑cause prevention. Contributing to the technology roadmap and enterprise strategy by identifying opportunities for optimisation and innovation. Skills & experiences required Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline. 6+ years of progressive experience as a Systems Analyst, with proven success in large‑scale enterprise system implementations. Must have knowledge of CBX Software; experience with similar sourcing/supply chain applications is preferred. Expert understanding of software development practices, project life cycles, and system design methodologies. Strong knowledge of business process modelling, data flows, and systems integration within a functional domain. Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels and drive alignment across global and regional teams. Experience leading cross‑functional initiatives and mentoring junior team members. Familiarity with SAFe Agile methodology, practices, and tools. Experience configuring, maintaining, and supporting complex software systems, including involvement in production support escalation and incident resolution. Prior experience in retail, supply chain, or related domains is a strong asset. Awareness of technological trends and the ability to translate them into business value and competitive advantage.
