We are looking for a Waiter / Waitress (侍應生) based at Island Shangri-La, Hong Kong

As a Waiter / Waitress (侍應生), we rely on you to:

  • Ensure the smooth operations of the restaurant and section appointed
  • Ensure service is delivered according to restaurant standards
  • Make recommendations for dishes, take orders, and deliver food and beverages
  • Collect customers' feedback to ensure a satisfactory dining experience for guests

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Relevant experience in food & beverage service, preferably in the Hotel Industry
  • Customer-oriented team player with good communication skills
  • Good command of spoken English, Cantonese, and Putonghua
  • Fresh graduates are also welcomed
