3 days ago Be among the first 25 applicants Responsibilities Develop and implement effective collection strategies for IDRP (Industry Debt Restructuring Program) and design standardized operation procedures and internal workflows, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. Use strong credit and financial analysis to support IDRP case execution and inter‑institutional coordination. Lead the team to implement end‑to‑end process on IDRP proposal when SCB acts lead bank. Provide cross‑function support within the Collections team as backup or job rotation per the manager’s request. Back up the internal team for IDRP handling when SCB is a participant bank. Ensure control mechanisms are in place and compliant with the Code of Banking Practice and the bank’s standards. Identify and execute workflow re‑engineering processes for simplification. Maintain capacity planning to reduce credit losses and improve recovery. Assist the manager in maintaining audit clearance and operational assurance. Improve operations effectiveness and KPI tracking. Organise comprehensive financial analysis and debt servicing capacity assessment of debtors. Manage the team to conduct IDRP drawdown in line with approval and keep the database accurate and timely. Lead the formulation of debt restructuring proposals and facilitate consensus among creditors. Drive internal approval processes and regulatory reporting for restructuring plans. Manage the collection of repayment funds and distribute proceeds to creditors according to agreed proportions. Continuously monitor debtor performance and report progress to stakeholders. Ensure compliance with group and local policies, procedures, codes, and anti‑money laundering regulations. Risk Management Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct. Embed the highest standards of ethics, regulatory and business conduct across Standard Chartered Bank, ensuring compliance. Enhance communication within and across teams in Retail Risk Organizations and with internal and external stakeholders. Effectively identify, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters. Minimise risks from litigation, environmental claims, regulatory censure or potential reputational loss.
