Areas of specialisation include: project management, programme management, commercial & cost management and advisory services from the inception of a project through to completion and beyond. With 2021 set to be a busy year we are actively looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their successful Hong Kong team. Job Description Prepare cost estimates, tenders, contracts documentation, payment and variations assessment and final accounts Set up cost management processes and ensure implementation among team Attend key client’s team meetings providing strategic guidance on commercial matters and procurement Implement a value engineering culture, identifying opportunities for cost savings Gain a deep understanding of the client’s stakeholders and their needs Challenge internal processes where necessary and add value to strategic procurement options Qualifications Degree or above qualification in Quantity Surveying or equivalent disciplines HKIS or RPS qualified with a minimum 3 years post qualification experience within the public sector Demonstrated experience on public sector projects in Hong Kong Experience in working with international clients with the capacity to adapt to new environments Excellent communication and analytical thinking skills Proficient in English & Chinese language both written and verbal If you are a talented Senior Quantity Surveyor interested in a leadership role as part of a growing team then please get in touch.
