Key Responsibilities Lead and manage high‑stakes cross‑border commercial litigation matters, leveraging your expertise to deliver exceptional results for clients. Handle complex international arbitration cases, demonstrating a deep understanding of arbitration rules and procedures. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities to expand the firms client base and enhance its market position. Drive business development initiatives, including pitching for new work, participating in industry events, and building a robust professional network. Mentor and grow a team of talented lawyers, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous learning. Contribute to the strategic direction of the practice, working closely with other partners to achieve the firms long‑term goals. Requirements Qualified as a solicitor in Hong Kong with a proven track record in cross‑border commercial litigation gained from leading commercial law firms. Expertise in international arbitration is highly desirable. Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese Mandarin, with exceptional communication and negotiation skills. A strong client following and demonstrated ability to generate new business. Excellent leadership skills, with a passion for mentoring and developing junior lawyers.
