Deputy Finance and Administration Manager To support our growth, we are seeking a talented Deputy Manager - Finance and Administration to join our dynamic Corporate Office team in our listed company. Major Responsibilities: Manage and oversee comprehensive accounting functions for multiple entities. Manage all aspects of audit engagements, including planning, execution, and resolution of audit issues. Manage cash flow and banking relationship. Manage and oversee all aspects of general office administration to ensure a smooth and efficient workplace. Assist in the preparation of interim and annual financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations for listed companies. Assist in financial performance analysis for reports and projects. Collaborate with PRC finance teams to enhance operational efficiencies. Coordinate annual audits and tax filings for subsidiaries. Undertake ad hoc assignments and projects as required. Key Requirements: Degree in Accounting/Finance or similar discipline. Minimum of 6 years of experience in commercial accounting, with audit experience preferred. Proficient in handling a full set of accounts. Experience in sizable and listed companies is a plus. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple disciplines. Proficient in MS Office, accounting systems, and strong skills in MS Excel and word processing (incl. Chinese input). Willingness to travel occasionally. Strong command of both spoken and written English and Chinese/Mandarin.
