Enhance capital efficiency and improve portfolio performance through data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities Protocol & Market Research: Conduct in-depth research on lending, AMMs, stablecoins, restaking, yield aggregators and related sectors to build a structured opportunity pipeline. Strategy Design & Evaluation: Develop and evaluate strategies focusing on profitability, drawdowns, liquidity, liquidation risks and parameter sensitivities. Capital Allocation & Position Monitoring: Define and execute allocation frameworks, set asset/strategy limits, and monitor collateral ratios, incentives, and protocol signals. Execution & Portfolio Adjustment: Deploy strategies swiftly during market windows (e.g., spreads, incentives, pricing deviations) and adjust positions in real time. Risk & Security Awareness: Stay alert to protocol governance updates, permission changes, and coordinate with security teams to mitigate risks. Ecosystem Engagement: Build relationships with projects, market makers, and infrastructure providers to secure allowlists, early access, or strategic opportunities. Requirements 2–5 years of hands‑on experience in DeFi trading, arbitrage, yield, or staking. Strong understanding of core DeFi mechanisms: AMM curves, lending/interest models, liquidation logic, stablecoin dynamics, and incentive structures. Ability to independently build profit‑and‑risk frameworks (drawdown, scenario testing, capital usage). Proficiency with Dune, DeFiLlama, Nansen, and analytical tools (Python or Excel). Strong discipline in capital allocation and risk management (limits, diversification, stop‑loss). Strong research and communication skills in both English and Chinese. Bonus: Experience managing multi‑million dollar DeFi portfolios. Practical exposure to restaking, interest‑rate, or stablecoin arbitrage strategies. Ability to read basic smart contract permissions.
