What you will do Clinical Administration and Customer Support for responsible clinic(s): Respond promptly to product and service inquiries via phone or email, addressing availability, pricing, delivery, and payment options. Schedule appointments, assist in marketing, manage reports, handle sales invoices, and oversee stock levels for efficient clinic operations. Undertake additional tasks or projects as assigned by the Line Manager to support the responsible clinic(s). Clinical Audiology related roles Complete all assigned training and pass exams within the set timeframe to become a qualified Hearing Care Officer. Assist clinical audiology/audiometrician in meeting sales targets by providing hearing tests, fittings, reviews, repairs, and consultations. Serve clients professionally in audiology services and support various company areas like marketing, customer service, and technical support as required. What you bring Experience 1 year of work experience. Fresh graduate is also welcome. Good interpersonal relationship, good teamwork, and service spirit. Good command of English and Cantonese in speaking, listening, writing Proficient in computer operation skills, mainly office software. Personal competencies Ethics, confidence, managing ambiguity and being open to learning. Knowledge of bank receipts and payments, cash management, accounting and voucher check.
