Job Description Drive AI adoption across the bank by assessing and recommending innovative AI and emerging technology solutions Lead end‑to‑end solution delivery of high‑impact AI and Fintech initiatives, including proof‑of‑concept (POC) projects and pilot initiatives Leverage expertise in Big Data, Generative AI, Machine Learning (ML), and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to enhance data‑driven decision‑making Collaborate with Group and cross‑functional teams to design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models and algorithms on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI) Champion knowledge transfer and upskilling teams in AI/ML techniques, cloud engineering, and emerging technologies Utilize knowledge of blockchain technology, stablecoins, and decentralized finance (DeFi) to explore new banking solutions Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory requirements related to AI, data privacy, and fintech innovations Ensure compliance with OCBC’s technology standards and security policies throughout project lifecycles Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, AI Engineering, or related field Minimum 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development, emerging technologies, or digital transformation roles Proven experience delivering enterprise‑scale AI, ML, Big Data, and emerging technologies initiatives in the financial sector Strong cloud platform proficiency and hands‑on experience with blockchain and stablecoin projects is a plus Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills What We Offer Competitive base salary.
