Reporting to the Director of People and Culture, you will be responsible for all People and Culture operations and support on formulating and executing people‑related initiatives. You will also be the business partner to the line managers, support and advise on all people related matters. Exceptional market leading benefits such as comprehensive family medical insurance (including dependents), 20 vacation days, 3 days paid carers’ leave, free hotel stay and dining discount Key Responsibilities Be the ambassador and act as an example to cultivate company culture as per the Company’s core principles Be responsible for driving the whole cycle of employee journey for all employees as per Company’s guidance Work with the key stakeholders to formulate people related policies and procedures to meet Company’s objectives and legal requirements Act as the point of contact to handle all enquiries related to employment or labour law Develop and deliver employees’ experience and provide well‑curated employee journey from pre‑employment to post‑employment Work closely with Learning and Talent Development and Administration to drive employee engagement initiatives to continuously enhance employee experience Provide guidance to hiring managers on all talent acquisition matters including staffing, talent attraction, candidate experience, selection, onboarding etc Be an in-house expert in Rewards who can advise on both the local market and industry practice, and support on designing, implementing and managing rewards initiatives and programmes that align with the group remuneration philosophy and the overall objectives on talent attraction and retention to become an employer of choice. Be responsible for all People and Culture operations including managing payroll process, regular reporting, support on budgeting and forecasting, proceeding payment and monitor expense etc Handle all staff case including grievances, disciplinary cases, performance issue etc Work closely with the People and Culture community in other markets and sister operations to drive Group’s level initiative and transfer knowledge Support the superior to drive People and Culture initiatives across regions Requirements Respect, be genuine, be passionate about excellence and have fun 5+ years of experience as HR manager with solid experience in being a generalist. Prefer experience in luxury retail/hospitality/service/F&B field Proven success in solving people‑related problems and deliver exceptional employee experience Working knowledge of Hong Kong labour legislation Hands on experience in the areas of talent acquisition, managing payroll process, staff grievances HR Experience in Mainland China or other markets will be an advantage Fluent in English and Mandarin Strong organization, analytical, number and interpersonal skills We are delighted to receive your application for further consideration.
