Graphic Designer - Laser Application - Fashion & Textile Our client is seeking a talented Graphic Designer – Laser Application . This full-time position plays a crucial role in developing innovative and visually striking designs, applying advanced laser techniques to elevate product aesthetics and brand impact. What you'll be doing Conceptualize and develop new designs and techniques, promoting proper product applications with laser technology. Collaborate closely with the design, merchandising team, and client stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective design solutions. Stay up to date with the latest laser design trends, techniques, and technological developments to enhance brand impact and visual appeal. Assist the Washing Specialist in managing the laser machine library and supporting bulk production issues. Contribute to virtual sampling projects by creating special printing and laser dry-processing effect designs based on buyer input. Follow up on lab testing results, proactively identifying potential risks, issues, or delays, and escalating to the Fabric Manager and relevant parties. Operate laser machines according to design specifications, ensuring proper maintenance and machine condition. Optimize designs for various production methods, including laser application, while adhering to brand guidelines and quality standards. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines with strong attention to detail. What we're looking for Minimum 3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer. Diploma or above in Fashion Graphic Design, Illustration or related studies. Experience in designing for laser applications, with an understanding of the unique requirements and limitations of this production method. In-depth knowledge of graphic design, printing techniques, dry-processing effects, laser patterns, engraving, and embroidery. Proficiency in MS Office, laser and CAD programs, and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Proven ability to create visually striking designs that effectively communicate brand identity and messaging. Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to perform under pressure while delivering high-quality work. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross‑functional teams. Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (written and spoken).
