Responsibilities Lead the team to create a “home away from home” for our guests, providing heartfelt service and memorable experiences. Ensure hotel facilities are in good condition with minimal downtime. Provide emergency support for all facilities, engineering plant and equipment. Technically support hotel operations and maintain the property at its highest standard. Supervise, guide the team with on‑the‑job training and build a highly efficient Engineering Team. Ensure implementation and compliance of engineering programs, including Fire, Life & Safety, Preventive Maintenance, Energy Conservation, and Safety Training. Control and monitor energy consumption and all operating expenses, analyze budget variations and take remedial action. Qualifications Related work experience with supervisory position; hotel operations experience preferred. Higher Diploma/Diploma/Certificate or above in Building Services, Mechanical or Electrical. Holders of Registration of Electrical Worker (Grade B) and Safety Card preferred. Good knowledge in project management. Good communication and interpersonal skills. A cheerful personality at work. Desired Qualities Devoted to the well‑being of guests and colleagues. Genuine, natural, honest. Reliable, thoughtful, detailed. Friendly, caring, seamless, intuitive.
