Transaction (Financial Advisory Services) - Manager Forvis Mazars is a global leader in audit, tax and advisory services. We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic manager to join our Financial Advisory – Transaction Services practice in Hong Kong. This role focuses on Transaction Services & Valuation, ensuring independent execution on transaction projects, coaching junior staff, and improving client service quality. What you can expect Work with a team of transaction advisory professionals and other advisory functions to execute due diligence and other transaction‑related advisory projects. Identify historical financial trends, quality of earnings, financial performance, and potential risks. Develop financial analysis on investment targets and perform research to highlight deal‑related issues and suggest solutions. Produce quality tailor‑made deliverables to assist clients in deal structuring and negotiation. Build and maintain client relationships before, during and after engagements and propose steps to improve client networks. Coach and supervise junior team members to prepare and deliver high‑quality transaction reports in accordance with relevant international standards and/or financial reporting standards. Who we are looking for Bachelor’s degree in accountancy, finance or economics. CFA, CPA, FMVA or equivalent qualification is an advantage. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in valuation within an accounting/professional services firm. Experience in Financial Due Diligence, financial advisory and/or Audit & Assurance with a global accounting firm is an advantage. Seasoned user of research/technical tools such as S&P CIQ, Mergermarket, Bloomberg. Familiar with Hong Kong Financial Reporting Standards and IFRS. Resourceful, self‑motivated individual capable of multi‑tasking and managing competing priorities. Expertise in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word. Excellent analytical, critical‑thinking, interpersonal and communication skills. What we offer Competitive base salary with discretionary performance bonus.
