Overview

Moovup is a job platform for front-line positions in HK and uses AI and machine learning algorithms to match jobseekers with employers. We cover 16 sectors, including retail, restaurants, logistics, property management, and education. Since our launch in 2017, over 1 million jobseekers have searched for jobs on our platform. Our current average monthly active user is 200,000+ and we want to grow further.

We are looking for a talent that demonstrates enthusiasm and creativity in product/UX design and is thinking about further developing a product for scale. The person should demonstrate solid experience in product/UX design, a business mindset, creativity in problem-solving, and compassion for the needs of our users.

Responsibilities

• Make something you are proud of in alignment with the goals and strategies of the Company.
• Identify product issues by qualitative or quantitative feedback (e.g., user research, event data, etc.) and produce data-driven design solutions.
• Hands-on product design end-to-end, from idea to final hand-off to the engineering team, UI team, etc.
• Evaluate the solution’s effectiveness with data, not just personal opinion.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams and the Product Owner to solve problems.
• Help facilitate user research activities (e.g., AB Testing, user interviews, etc.) to find out users’ pain points.
• Understand and align with the business goal and the product direction to develop the product.

Skills required:

• Must be a good problem solver.
• Strong data-driven and experimental mindsets (a lot of data analysis).
• 4+ years of product design experience.
• Practical knowledge of UI/UX.
• Willing to challenge outdated solutions and suggest a new approach to problems.

Our Product Design Tool:

• BigQuery, Google Looker.

Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Product Designer.
